[Saw-ng H-yaw-k Bah-k]

I'm a mathematician, and I enjoy exploring geometric, algebraic, and categorical structures inspired by quantum physics.

In Fall 2026, I will be a Postdoctoral Fellow at IPAM for the long program on "Quantum Topology, Character Varieties and Low-Dimensional Geometry". From July 2023 to June 2026, I've been a Benjamin Peirce Fellow at Harvard University and a Simons Collaboration Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard CMSA, mentored by Prof. Dan Freed. Previously, I was a postdoc at UT Austin from August 2022 to May 2023. I got my PhD in Mathematics in June 2022 at Caltech, where I studied quantum topology and physical mathematics under the supervision of Prof. Sergei Gukov. For more, see my Curriculum Vitae.
